I had a very frustrating experience with this office. I paid $1,500 out of pocket because Atlanta Endo failed to submit the correct tax information to my insurance. I was assured that once everything was corrected, I would receive a refund and wouldn’t need to worry. After weeks of no communication, I had to follow up myself, and it turns out my refund hadn’t even been processed until I called. When I finally received it, I was refunded only $115 — a huge discrepancy from what I originally paid. At no point was this difference explained to me. When I tried to address my concerns, I felt completely dismissed. The lack of communication, accountability, and transparency is unacceptable, especially when dealing with such a large amount of money. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.

The office is neat and clean. The staff is very professional and nice. Dr. Sempira is gentle and precise. My experience was great! I am so happy that I chose Atlanta Endo Surgical Center for my root canal! If you have to have this kind of work done, I highly recommend Atlanta Endo Center and Dr. Sempira! They are great!

I had a great experience with Atlanta Endo Surgical Center. The facility was clean, modern and bright with natural light throughout. The staff was ready for me when I arrived so I didn’t wait in the lobby forever before I was seen. The receptionist was on top of things. She called me back on the same day I scheduled my appointment online. She also gave me a quote for my out of pocket responsibility after insurance BEFORE my appointment so I knew what to expect. Dede was amazing, kind and supportive. With over 13 years of experience in her field, she is very professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Ssempira was very professional and thorough as well. I would recommend Atlanta Endo Surgical Center 10/10.

As someone who has had an anxious & traumatic dental journey, I do not leave this review lightly. I came to this office during one of my more traumatic and painful experiences. Every single staff member was so incredibly kind, caring, and compassionate. Dr. Helen was amazing. She made sure the focus was on supporting me and ensuring my well being. She educated me on what was happening and how we would address it. She is one of 3 dental professionals in my entire journey (which has included MANY dental professionals) that have made me feel seen, cared for, and heard. Because of the safety and comfort her and her staff provided, I have not given up on my journey. They helped me feel empowered to find a new dentist and set the standard for what I was looking for. They helped heal my dental issue and also some of my dental anxiety. I need another root canal and there was no question where I would be headed… If you need your teeth cared for, you need not look further. Book with Atlanta Endo Surgical Center. They do good work with great heart. To the staff…thank you does not cover it, but it will have to do <3

If I could ever say that I had a WONDERFUL dental experience then THIS is the time and the place is Atlanta Endo Surgical Center!!! The admin team to the clinical team were ALL so accessible and accommodating. I was seen within a day of my initial call and had all the insurance coverage questions answered. When I called I could barely talk, I was in so much pain BUT when I there I was immediately relieved by the kindness and professionalism of the whole team!!! Today, I was in and out for my follow up appointment and have a clear understanding of the next steps. I cannot say thank you enough for the AMAZING customer service you have given. Exceptional care!!! In this day and age we have to call out excellent customer service.
